  • Complete, accurate information and education about the upcoming move. A more informed customer is an asset to a mover.
  • A trained and certified estimator. The estimator must be available 7 days a week to solve any problems that arise before, during and after the move.
  • Uniformed moving crew that is trained, courteous, motivated and experienced.
  • An organized group who works methodically and efficiently. Goods are perfectly wrapped and moved in an organized manner into the truck, with nothing left unwatched in the process.
  • Clean, well-maintained trucks designed to move household goods. Reduces the chances of damage and increases the efficiency of the move.
  • Proper Equipment. Each truck contains sufficient packing material; 75 clean blankets; a fire extinguisher; tool box for dismantling beds, appliances, etc.
  • On-time service. All pickups and deliveries should be on time.
  • Secure, professionally operated storage facilities. A customer may need emergency storage, long-term storage or storage to consolidate his goods for long-distance shipment.
