- Proper Equipment. Each truck contains sufficient packing material; 75 clean blankets; a fire extinguisher; tool box for dismantling beds, appliances, etc.
- On-time service. All pickups and deliveries should be on time.
- Secure, professionally operated storage facilities. A customer may need emergency storage, long-term storage or storage to consolidate his goods for long-distance shipment.
